  • Amount of spaces and devices detected as being faulty or at good condition
  • Condition of spaces and devices over time
  • Green - OK: everything working as supposed
  • Yellow - Compromised: minor issues that do not need immediate reaction
  • Red - Fault: serious issues which need to be reacted to
  • List of the currently faulty spaces and devices with direct access to details
  • Details on scheduled maintenance operations

The Spaces page provides a list of the individual spaces along with their current status information, divided by floor or wing. It provides direct access to a detailed view for each space, giving information on historical conditions and the devices located within.

The Devices page provides a clear categorized overview of different device types in the entire AV system, along with visual indications on the current condition. It's easy to access details for each individual device, providing historical data and relevant information for maintenance operations - IP and MAC addresses, asset ID numbers, serial numbers and firmware versions.

The Report page provides several insights on the AV system within a configurable time period:

  • How many issues there have been and the average settlement time, including trend over time
  • Room conditions over time and usage
  • Issues by room and device type
  • Scheduled maintenances
